The Measurement will take place on the grounds of Plimmerton Boating Club
Registration is done downstairs in Coffee Haven
Tanner & Tauranga Cup Registration and Measurement - January 3rd 9am - 2pm
Tauranga Cup Measurement - January 5th 9am - 11am
Please ensure you P class is presented with inspection ports open, in bone dry state. Hull to be stripped of stays, bailer, mainsheet and surplus equipment ready for weighing. We will do safety checks and will need to check your lifejacket.
We encourage as many of the competitors to get measured in on Jan 3.
Boats may be left in the designated storage area on the lawn from 2 January
We can store private RIB's from 3 January, we do not have storage for road trailers on site.
We will have food and drink available each day from 4 January. Coffee Haven is located downstairs, we will be serving barista coffee and a selection of food, so bring your reusable cup. We have Eft-pos
The club bar will be open from 2pm each day and will be serving bar snacks
Lock in 6pm Saturday 7 January for the regatta dinner, each competitor will receive a ticket in their registration bag for a delicious and kid friendly buffet dinner, extra tickets can be purchased at registration, Kids $25, Adults $38
We will update results and publish to the club website and Team App as the races happen. There will also be facebook posts on P Class Nation.
We will do daily bullets and spot prizes as soon as possible after the last race each day.
We have a first aid station located downstairs in Coffee Haven
There is no parking inside the club compound during the regatta for competitors or supporters, as we are a multi use club we need to leave parks available to members who wish to launch their boats.
We will launch your ribs after D flag each day
Ramps can be slippery, so please take care. Stow your beach trolleys to each side and out of the thoroughfare to the main trailer boat launching ramp.
Water Station
We will have a filtered water station outside the slipway shed, so bring reusable water bottles.
